9/7/2012 – Thank you so much for sharing your very important concern with the City of Richmond government. This situation with ditch maintenance being needed in front and in rear has been formally reported to Richmond Stormwater Management Team (Request #20020862874) so that proper inspection and handling can take place accordingly.
