Agree that Little Ceasar's has proven to be a bad neighbor in the sense that there is constant trash in front of the restaurant, outdated and ugly signs, signs placed in the tree belt which kill the grass, and overflowing dumpsters. We are trying to clean up and beautify Whalley Avenue through our Main St. program and this is really not helping!
