Now being worked under case C16-07448. On 2/15/2016, the property owner received a violation notice. The second inspection is scheduled for 3/2/2016. Updates will follow.
No need to wait until March 2nd if you issued a notice all the homeowner did is move it to the grass on the other side of the drive. I don't understand the point in waiting that long.
