Sharraxaadda

The bar located at the corner of 16th and McKean street plays extremely loud music every Sunday night from 11pm-2am. This has been an issue for the neighbors for at least 9 years now. For 9 years, city employees are informed, noise violations are submitted, and thus far nothing has been accomplished. Because the bar has been in existence for decades, the owners are well known by the police and if 911 or the local police is called they offer no solutions and allow the issue to continue. This is an ongoing problem for residents that share walls with the bar or live near the bar. Please help!
