The street is so dark at night that a parked car was rear ended just the other day.

Please fix the lights permanently. It's unsafe.

We have now had one hit and run accident and one rash of car burglaries this year while streetlights were out.

Can we please get this fixed permanently, before this escalates to house burglaries or worse? The lights usually come on for a few minutes at dusk, then go out completely for the rest of the night.
