This has been a long-term chronic problem which this photographic evidence now proves. (Note trail of dripped grease on sidewalk leading to side yard of this address. The trail remains even now, through the rain.)

Please send SWEEP to discuss this illegal and disgusting practice with the folks in this house, and fine them if it continues.

These mounds of trash are never even picked up on trash days. (Presumably because it is left at the corner and not placed in front of a building?)
