Deskripsyon

The neighbor at 6409 Garman St is dumping their trash on the 64th street side. I saw her last week and informed her that I have gotten fines for trash placed there and I asked her to stop placing her trash there. She is still placing her trash there. She is too lazy to carry her trash to the front of her house. I tried my best to keep that side of the street clean and it's disappointing to have neighbor who have no pride in their neighborhood.
