Alleys between Hanover and Stuart in the 3300 block are once again riddled with potholes. Standing water long after rains is once again breeding mosquitoes. When they repaired the potholes the previous two years, the fix lasted only a few weeks before the potholes begin to reappear. Several months out the alleys again were once again full of holes. At this point, I can barely maneuver my car through the alley.
