About six months ago, the potholes in the alley behind Sigler st (aka 13th ave) were filled. The potholes are back. The potholes are due to the poor draining of the alley. Also,a huge pool of water forms in the curve of the alley heading towards Sigler street every time it rains. This alley is highly traveled since the surrounding streets in this neighborhood are closed off.
