This situation for alley maintenance was formally reported to Alley Maintenance Management (Request #20020810472 ) so that proper inspection and handling can take place accordingly. The alley was actually graded and chipped on 3/23/2012. We appreciate your communications that help us to “Build A Better Richmond” together – rtt
