According to the Eversource website, which has two requests posted for 706 Prospect Ave, it shows the status as "Closed".

Now, if the website is only showing "closed" requests, then the error on our part in closing this issue. However, before when it was CL&P, one did a search on a particular street and you can see both "open" and "closed" requests.
