Notified About

  • 6399 S Windermere St Littleton, Colorado, 80120 - Littleton
The lift from the sidewalk to the crosswalk at Windermere and Weaver for little Raven elementary is so big that kids have to get off their bikes and lift them up over this ledge same with scooters. I’ve seen multiple people trip on the lift in the road. It is almost 4 to 6 inches higher than the sidewalk.

The tavern restaurant "swamp" continues without any remedy. This issue has been reported 2 times in the last 3 months. Standing gross water and overgrown noxious weeds and cattails in a curbside rock bed caused by drainage from within the tavern. Likely condensation drainage from hvac or perhaps other restaurant equip. If the issue isn't fixed or plan communicated by 9/31/23, Nevada and Curtis st residents will write a joint letter and present at city council to bring visibility.

W Lake Ave & S Spotswood St Littleton, CO, 80120, USA - Littleton

Intersection of S Spotswood St & W Lake Ave, facing north towards Sterne Park. Many children and families from the neighborhood cross here every day to go to the playground, but drivers on Lake street aren't always receptive to let them cross.

Drivers going westbound on Lake Ave are coming down a long hill, and drivers going eastbound haven't had a stop sign in 2 blocks. I believe that adding a STOP SIGN here will make it immensely safer for pedestrians (many of which are small children).

Condemned property weeds over 12 inches; garbage and clutter. It’s been a problem since April 2022. It’s a dump and bringing down property values despite what Arapaho County Assessor evaluations indicate.

There is dangerous rut on Lee Gulch trail where Carbone park and Lee Gulch trail meet. The rut is somewhat obscured by bumps making it dangerous for runners and bikers. The drainage pipe is clogged which would normally alleviate water runoff which caused this rut. I believe this area is maintained by South Suburban Parks and recreation

The trees need to be trimmed back so that the crossing lights at the Highline Canal can be seen from Mineral Ave Cars coming from either direction are delayed in seeing the lights and I have witnessed some close calls at the crossing

There is a nasty, foul odor coming from what we believe is stagnant water in the southwest corner of the Angelo's/Carboy parking off of Santa Fe, just south of Breckenridge Brewery. Myself and many home owners on the other side of the fence get waves of this disgusting smell coming from some sort of lowland, stagnant water area that is surrounded by trees and vegetation. We understand this property to be owned by Angelos. The hotter the weather, the worse the smell (smells like rot, dead leaf litter and sewage). Myself and my neighbors often times cannot enjoy our back deck because the smell is so bad. We'd greatly appreciate someone looking into this and figuring out a way to correct this. Thank you so much.

I am writing to express my deep concern about this intersection near Little Raven school with the 4-way stop. Numerous cars are consistently speeding through without stopping, especially during drop-off and pick-up times, creating unsafe conditions for our students who walk or ride bikes to school. Additionally, cars descending from the uphill direction are traveling at dangerously high speeds. Urgent action is needed to ensure the safety of our students.
