This doesn't have to do with a building violation but the option for not mowing lawns isn't an option that I could find. This property has not had the lawn (and I use that term loosely) has not been mowed yet this season. Please reach out to the homeowner, who does occupy the property, and have her comply with the county regulations.

They did not pick up the trash today for the entire townhouse community of Old Mill Condominiums. They missed Millshire Drive, Worthington Road and Valleywood Road. That is 120 homes in all. I really hope that they are picking it up and not expecting us to wait a week.

Hello I live at 8312 Sunnyview Dr, Millersville MD 21108. My next door neighbor has had a sump pump line put in that has red/brown water that is exiting at the curb. Just my luck it is running down directly in front of my home and pooling in several areas then finally draining into the county street sewers. It smells, and as well is getting all over the street and cars.

Can you please help as soon as possible?

Currently there are renters living in the home. There is a management co for the property that has been doing all the work. The contact person I have his name is Robert and it’s DW Management. 410-302-7334.

We have rats that are coming up into our yard through the sewer systems on county property. Due to the over growth we are concerned that they have a nest in the vicinity of or around the sewer system. If the system can be cleaned and/or the potential area around the sewer system can be cut back and trimmed before the problems get worse.

Yesterday I had sewage overflow from my basement bathtub drain and toilet overflow flooding my bathroom and basement. I had a plumber come to check the piping and they found an obstruction that came in from the sewer line which caused the overflow they had to clear 100 ft down the line.

Animals and bugs are becoming a nuisance because of the swimming pool that is not in operation. Stagnant water in pool and raccoons,possums and bugs are attracted to the pool. Please have the pool removed.

We are requesting tree trimming because this tree causes a lot of leaf build up in our gutters, which results in gutter blockages. The number of leaves that falls also causes the sidewalk to become slippery to pedestrians, especially when it rains.

Cul De sac on Regina Ct. is flooding. This is where 2 storm drains are.

During some down trees last winter and BGE disposing of them in the woods off to the side, the county side of my driveway is eroding away fast. This caused under my driveway to start eroding. With every rain it gets worse. I can fit under my driveway and hide if I wanted to. I had to come out of pocket 30k to hire someone to build a retaining wall in my back yard to keep from losing the whole side of my yard. Now county is eroding away. At this rate I won’t be able to use my driveway anymore because a vehicle will go down in the ravine.
Due to this being on county property. I would like help fixing my driveway and retaining county erosion.
