The drainage on the east side of Freebody street between East bowery and Berkeley Ave does not drain properly after it rains. water stays there sometimes for days

Could the city PLEASE reconsider the “No Turn on Red” sign that was recently installed at the intersention of America’s Cup for those cars turning right onto Thames. It’s making a bad traffic issue significantly worse and is not necessary at certain times of the day/year. I live right there on Commercial Wharf so I’m often both a pedestrian and a driver - and I REALLY think cars should have the ability to take a right turn on red there to keep traffic moving. Please????

As a Newport resident, I am getting used to having to navigate the untenable parking situation, but this has gone too far. I take a Pilates class at 8 am, 3 days a week from a studio on Freebody, there is normally parking either on Freebody, or along Merton. I have to compete with the Pulse gym patrons, as well as the ongoing construction with the old Jimmy's salon. This week, the tennis hall of fame has once again taken over the entire block of Freebody, and now no parking signs have been placed on one side of Merton Rd. By the way, everyone was parking illegally anyways! What gives the Tennis Hall of Fame the right to take over the street, which seems to happen at least once a month, and why make it more difficult for the businesses on Merton by putting up no parking signs??? Drive by on a weekday at 8 am to see what an absolute mess it is.

The parking lines/restrictions between the utility pole and stop sign are now making it more difficult to access the driveway at 45 pope street. We ask that you please consider eliminating this public parking space so we can access our driveway without having to call the city to remove vehicles. We kindly appreciate your assistance. Thank you

There doesn’t appear to be a storm drain here, but there should be one because there’s ankle deep water.

Missed leaf pick up on Lee Avenue

Bellevue Avenue, Newport. Nine (9) street lights on the west side of Bellevue Ave between Memorial Blvd and Narragansett Ave are OOC. Six lights between Perry St and Dixon St were reported in October and December and still do not work due to a reported short circuit. One light across from Bellevue Plaza is decapitated. Two standards are missing entirely, one at 400 Bellevue and one just south of Bowery St.
