This is one of 4 vehicles blocking through access for vehicles larger than a compact. All illegally parked in the street
I'll try to post them all. If this car is not moved - trash truck is not going to pick up the trash tomorrow morning - they are blocking access in this narrow cul de sac. This is urgent ,-

Antioch Police Officer "Morteza Amiri" #5839 has issued several Citations to the Vehicles Parked on the Sidewalk with negative results. The Citations are discarded to the ground in contempt by the Drivers.

"Joe Coney" (parks on the Sidewalk) is the owner of an unregistered (2014 Tags on rear Plate) and uninsured Toyota Tacoma Truck License #64137D1. "Joe" (while extremely intoxicated) has bragged to me on numerous occasions that NO Police have ever stopped him due to his "avoidance tactics" (that appears to be working for the past 6 years).
"Joe" has resided at 2102 Dogwood Way for the past 2 years and his mobile phone number is (925)565-4584.

I'm a Disable American Veteran (DAV) that has been "forced" to ride my Wheelchair onto the Streets because of the Sidewalk being blocked by Cars in front of 2102 Dogwood Way for the past 2 years. Recently, a Car driving very fast was turning onto Dogwood Way and came within inches of hitting me. I've asked the Drivers of the Vehicles (parked on the Sidewalk) not to park on the Sidewalks with negative responses (i.e., "just go around and stop bothering us"). Officer "Morteza Amiri" (Police Report 20-3235) has been involved since my Nissan 300ZX was set on fire 4/18/2020 (all captured on my Security Cameras) after receiving "threats" from "Joe Coney".

Please, "Do Something" before I have to give up might rights to use a Public Sidewalk!

Rant: someone dumped stolen mail in our cul de sac. We called APD- they sent us to USPS. We called USPS - they sent us back to APD. Maybe we should call FBI, since stealing crime is a federal offense. Who do you think they would refer us to? Now, dumped mail is not important? Disturbing! We have seen property crime escalate in our cul de sac since shelter in place orders were announced.

No license plates, 3 blown tires, not driveable and partially occupying another parking spot, dumped a week ago by people who ran off Our camera showed them - nobody who lives here. This vehicle is occupying one of only 6 parking spots in our cul de sac . It does not belong on the street since it was likely stolen, and can't be driven -.

The house burned down on July 4th last year. The owners do not maintain it, it's a neighborhood eyesore The trash is not cleaned up. It is looking like someone is living inside or squatting Major Lamar Thorpe mentioned this neighborhood as being critical in city's rehabilitation efforts Well this home is a prime candidate for eminent domain takeover by the city of Antioch Please do something before this becomes even more of a disaster !.-.??.
