  • 20 Coral Ln Foster City, CA, 94404, USA - Marina Lagoon
Located along rec path on part that fronts Marina Lagoon near the boom where near Coral Lane. It is on the inside of fence toward homes. It has been leaking constantly for weeks.
  • 19 Coral Ln Foster City, CA, 94404, USA - Foster City

The leak is located on the dirt border of the rec path. It is located near the boom on the southern end of the path, with the nearest street being Coral Lane.

I believe the same leak was posted on around 2 months ago, with the resolution of the case being closed after the HOA was advised.
If I am correct, no actions fas been taken.

The bathroom at Port Royal Park is in dire need of maintenance The flush mechanism barely works (for those who know and can, it requires a hard push in, followed by about ten pumps). There is graffiti that has been there for more than 2 years and there's a lot of dripping rust and peeling paint It would be great to have it upgraded altogether, so there can be more than one toilet at a park which hosts so many soccer games.
  • 48 Port Royal Ave San Mateo, CA, 94404, USA - Foster City

I would like to request that a stop sign be installed on Port Royal Avenue at Boothbay Avenue.

There is a long stretch of road in both directions on Port Royal Avenue and cars build up speed. There are curves in both directions limiting the the line of sight for cars approaching the intersection AND pedestrians attempting to cross Port Royal Ave looking for cars approaching. This is the location of a crosswalk that many pedestrians use to walk from Boothbay Ave to the Bay Trail.

A stop sign could help slow cars back down to the speed limit and provide greater safety for the many pedestrians walking through this intersection.

There appears to be water leak perhaps from the end of Lyme Lane (off Port Royal) which shows on the other side of the property fence on the pedway along the Seal Slough. This has been showing for about 3 months. Considering we are in a severe drought perhaps someone in the city can look into it.
