Inspired Resident

The property at this address has been abandoned for months, in desolate condition for decades, and now that the owner is deceased, I have waited months to see if the issue would be addressed and it has not. This is an issue over 20 years long.

Grass and weeds in the yard are at least 12 inches high. The grass has not been cut at all this year.

It appears the tenants of this home did not understand the inspector when he/she was out the two other times for this same issue. This picture was taken Saturday April 20, 2019 in the morning.

anenerally Commercial vehicle in residential neighborhood. The driver of this unit appears to be the same person known for racing up and down the subdivision streets recklessly, disturbing the peace, following residents in an attempt to intimidate them, and generally harassing residents.

Big hole on the roof of the house it's a Potential health hazard & unsightly. Also red car parked on the driveway apron with offensive graffiti (Bit.) ..that the schoolchildren must walk past on the way to Jefferson Elementary
Homeowner hasn't been seen in over a month .

the property is not fenced in, however they have a dog running loose with nobody watching it multiple times a day. the dog is always in the front yard, no collar, no leash, no tether.

I think this man has a hoarding issue, and it is getting worse. He has run out of space in his backyard and more and more space is being eaten up with things being stored on his front lawn now.

The grass in backyard is at least 24 inches tall.

Has yet to cut the grass this season. It’s well over 3 feet tall.

These people are playing their music so loud it actually hurts my ears when I go outside. They have been playing it for the past few days until very late. Last night it was until 3:30am. The bass is very loud and is rather upsetting to deal with since it makes my earrings reverberate.
