    Hi,
    I’ve noticed the new addition of the “No Right Turn on Red” signs at 14th and Warlick. They have restricted flow of traffics MAJORLY especially during rush hours when traffic needs to flow. I live in the area and every day traffic is backing up on Warlick because only 3 cars get to turn right at a time when the lights green. When 14th and old cheney intersection turns red. East bound traffic backfills up mostly to Warlick before Warlick signs red. This is not allowing enough traffic to turn right when the light does finally turn green. I would like to see these signs removed to get traffic flowing again. For questions call me at 402-640-8695

    Normandy Lane is like an ice rink. Understand the City is using sand or small crushed rock to help? Would appreciate having some lightly spread on Normandy, South 20th Street and streets within the HOA.

    please send a salt truck through the southwood neighborhood a lot of the side streets are packed & with the warmer daytime temps coming up the streets will start to melt & refreeze into ice

    The tower in the picture is located at the back property of Spectrum and is emitting a very bright flashing light. We live in the Knolls neighborhood with west facing windows and at night this flashing light “flashes” through our bedroom windows and lights up the bedrooms every 1-2 seconds. This was not an issue until recently so I believe this flashing light was added/updated on this tower. I know it may be hard to believe this is an actual issue but it is and it is unsafe, distracting, annoying and detrimental to our quality of life. This may not be correct category or dept to submit to so please move as appropriate and address. Thank you.

    There has been a known water leak for a few months. The drywall was cut to determine the issue and nothing has ever been done. The wall has been cut open like that for far too long and the leak has never been addressed.
