On Kanan and Thousand Oaks Blvd there is a meat stand

While driving down Trailway Lane from Kanan I saw someone erected a rather tall flagpole with a US Flag and a Blue Stripe flag. Please confirm if the association or city allows a 20 foot (approx.) flag pole to be erected on front yard of property in Hillrise Association. If allowed then I plan to erect a flagpole and would like to know the height limitations and restrictions of flags that can or cannot be flown. Also please confirm if there is a distance restriction of erecting a flagpole in the proximity of a street light pole. If not allowed, then please contact the property owner for removal.

Took a hard fall this morning, while walking with a friend,where the sidewalk is badly buckled on TO between Forest Cove and Rista I know you're fixing some of these but this one should be coned off and fixed

Many of these signs have been put up today on many poles. I've seen them all around the T.O. Blvd. and Kanan Road intersection as well as Kanan Road at the 101 freeway overpass. I assume there are more in other locations. I've seen around 10 signs already.

For the past 18 hours this light has been flashing red. This is the second time in so many weeks that this has happened. It is also something that has happened several times over the past few months. If there’s a way to get this fixed once and for all it would be greatly appreciated

Homeless and panhandlers in middle of intersection

This home has many oak tree saplings, already starting to get large. I counted about 8 or 9 of them. Some are even hidden throughout bushes. These will become a major problem for this neighborhood once all of the up to 9 or more sapling oaks get large. Plus, with the current water restrictions, that may possibly last for years to come, these trees will require Soo much water and if they do not receive enough water for each and every one.. the oak trees will and already are a major fire hazard, plus can cause property and car damage. Please, if this sounds like something you also agree needs to be taken care of/removed.. walk-around front of full property, with the homeowner , noting and advising which trees they need to urgently remove. These trees were all very recently planted! They are up to about 4 to 5 feet tall currently, with slim trunks and branches. Thank you . This is for the Hillrise HOA

I remember when Rite-aid was a cow pasture. Then my neighbor was the opening pharmacist at Thrifty. Now they are closing rite-aid so they can build 83 low cost housing units.. I am loosing my job. I am loosing all my co-workers / friends. I am losing all my customers. I will have almost nothing left. I have to start all over with nothing. I had cancer and my job at rite-aid saved my life because of the insurance. Now I have nothing.

The homeless man who owns this scooter bike, will often ditch it somewhere for a while, including leaving it on sidewalks or park in front of stores, on the sidewalk as well. This blocks a lot of the sidewalk, especially when it comes to some having pushing a stroller past or using a wheelchair.. the bike will block them from being able to go that way. He is a man with dark long hair, the one who sometimes leaves a lot of his belongings, like pillows and suitcases hidden and sprawled out throughout store planter boxes. I just would like for him to be advised why he shouldn't do this. Also, are these bikes street legal? I assume they probably are, but I'm starting to question if he even has a license to be riding around the roads. If he wasn't homeless, I'd still report this as a problem to you, by the way. Thank you
