    Bricked pedestrian walkway at corner of Nimmo and Princess Anne has come loose. Danger to pedestrians who cross there and to vehicles travelling on Nimmo towards West Neck.

    On Signature Drive near the intersection of Signature Drive and West Neck Road, fourth light pole coming in from West Neck Light Pole N011PS72 was struck by a vehicle. The light fixture is laying on the ground and could be hazardous to pedestrians and possible exposed live wiring. Please repair and replace as soon as possible.

    Is it possible to add a sign going West on Indian River right after the North Landing light warning Curve Ahead? We have been here not even 4 years and we have witnessed at LEAST 20 cars go off the road in the ditch. That’s not counting the other possible uncountable incidents not directly in our view. Something needs to be done.

    The entire light fixture at the top of the light post is missing. It was sitting at the base of the light poll. please replace this light fixture as soon as possible for the safety of the West Neck Villages

    Over 2 years ago, 4 diseased trees in the median area along the sidewalk were removed along with their stumps by the City. No replacement trees have been yet planted, however. Request is for the City's land mgmt to check and add new trees this year to the Court.
    City trees were in front of #2600, #2620 and #2624 Wonderland Ct in West Neck.

    The Drainage Stream (NE side) of the bridge on West Next Parkway from Courthouse Estates Collection Lakes has numerous downed tree branches and other trash items restricting the water flow.

    The open culvert storm drain behind the properties along 3157 - 3169 has had standing, stagnant water sitting in there for almost two months and has led to a mosquito problem and hazard for the residents. Downstream of the home at 3157 Barbour, there is a necking/chokepoint for the drain where it transitions to a smaller area and winds to a pond. There is a lot of debris that needs to be cleaned up and cleared out for it to flow again.

    2ND Request. The centerline roadway markings between Kellam HS and Signature drive need to be renewed.Some sections are totally obliterated. This is a narrow, winding, unlighted section of road that is traversed by he many Senior Drivers living in West Neck. This is a SAFETY issue and has become more needed with the end of Daylight Saving Time.

    When crossing Holland Rd going west on Nimmo Pkwy drivers are not yielding to pedestrians who are crossing Holland when given the white pedestrian icon and the 30 second countdown begins. Even posted on cross member the drivers do so. I've honked at and cursed at for being in the way. I fear an incident will happen. Especially when PAMS students walk to school.
    I'm VBPD retired and speak from experience from working crashes.

    There is a couch off the side of the road in the swampy area on the south side of Indian River Road about half way between the Mounted Patrol Barn and the bridge over West Neck Creek. This is City property. You will need grapple truck capable of reaching several feet off the roadway into the swamp.
