All kinds of clutter/litter/tents outside and in the back yard. Eye sore for the city park entrance

They have homeless people living in tents and cars and an RV parked in the drive. They have free range chickens wondering around.

Driveway being used as a mechanic shop during the day for different cars that are coming and going. Constant loud mechanical tools used in the driveway frequently.

The grass in the empty lot on Cheshire Street is very high and needs to be moved. I do not know how is responsible for maintaining this lot but the grass is taller than city ordinances allow.

Nasty brown/rusty color water in some residences. What is causing it and why not everyone?

Beat up car parked and left in the street in front of this home. Not sure if it's inoperable but has been there a long time. Eye sore for the park entrance also.

This is not a complaint about city services, this is a complaint about the safety upkeep of Davis Creek Apartments. The building with the address of 5425 has a big safety concern. The cement walkway on the 2nd story is falling down. I would’ve contacted the building department but I didn’t see it on the website. Being a building/fire inspector myself, I know this is a huge safety issue. I don’t want to see it collapse on somebody or with somebody on it.

There are homeless people setting up camp or have been squatting in Lexington green park. They are back beyond on the walking trail and neighbor have been complaining of them walking up to their homes, going through their cars and as the picture shows, they're just leaving stuff wherever they want.
This is a great neighborhood and we don't want people living in a park where our children play. It's not cool.
We as a neighborhood would like the city to do what they need to do to get them out of our park. This is NOT a campground.
