    unsure of source but there has been a constant flow of water coming down the parking lot behind the alley of Clock Tower Animal Clinic for about 1 month. contacted water department and nothing has been done about it. it is causing flooding and mud build up on sidewalk and is carrying trash down in it's flow.

    The bump out in the right turn lane of north bound 70th at O created at the end of the new VA Clinic right turn lane is hazardous. Last evening around 9pm a vehicle did not see it and was barely able to stop in time before hitting it. Please look into correcting the roadway geometry or adding signage, such as a delineator to make it more visible.

    There is continuous water puddling on Lamplighter from an underground stream or sump pump. Water sits yearlong. Sometimes amounts are sufficient to run to the west side of the street causing ice dams in winter. Summer puddles encourage mosquitos. The stormwater drain to the north (uphill) really needs to be extended several feet to pick it up.

    This whole area along with surrounding streets are ice. The roads are difficult to drive and come to a stop on, making it very unsafe for travel. Is there any way to please resolve this problem?

    The light at 70th and wedgewood intersection needs a green arrow for people turning left onto wedgewood. The oncoming traffic is reduced to one lane because of construction and people try to wave the left turn people through when it gets backed up, but because you can't see both lanes it's very dangerous. I've seen so many near accidents.

    I was just through this area yesterday and I see that the city put in an object marker (WA-33R) for northbound S. 70th at "L" Sts... thank you for doing that!

    However, I think the main concern is the bulb-out at the driveway to the north of "L"... where the grade of the roadway dips below the sightline and where the bulb-out lives somewhat out if sight in it's all of it's white concrete glory -- a color that matches the roadway. There are quite a few tire marks on the bulb-out... I would have to think that after seeing the situation there, that this is where the object marker probably needs to be.

    (not quite sure why the city did not instead extend this right turn lane as a third lane all of the way up to "O", but it's okay)

    Please have a look and would recommend having/relocating the object marker to this location.
