Hope Street, Stamford

Union St. is used as a short cut to get from Church St. to the north bound direction of Hope St. Everyday when cars make the turn from Kirkham onto Union they "gun it" and fly down the short distance of one block and it's a matter of time before someone loses control and jumps the sidewalk. Throughout each day there are many mothers/nannies pushing strollers up and down Union taking children to the daycare at Union Memorial. I know speedbumps are not used in Stamford anymore but something has to be done to slow people down on the short stretch of street where the foot traffic is very heavy.

Snow in the crosswalk needs to be cleared this is crossing guard Shirley keeler do not need me or these kids to fall thank you

I have reported the black wires just hanging and not secured we are across the street from elementary school kids pull on it

Traffic signal at intersection of Church St and Glenbrook Rd is frozen

Two large potholes at the end of the driveway. Road should be repaved. Also the sidewalk needs to be redone it is a danger to pedestrians.

Huge Pot hole pulling into Largo drive by the Springdale diner

on hope street near toms road there is a hole there that need a top to be put on because a student fell and trip on it . i dont know what top need to be put on there but it needs to be looked at

There are 4 man hole covers for yearssssss now people have been dodging with their car. Going North on Hope ST Before the traffic light to go right
Down Verduct ST by research park the industrial area. Is where the 4 man hole covers are. Their to low and it’s been a very long time now. Maybe 20yrs they have been there. Maybe even longer.. I think it’s time to fix it.

No street lights on Hope Street, outside of Springdale School playground, since that last hurricane.
