    The house number is not posted on the house. You'll find it located across from 2220. The home is unmaintained and in disarray. The front porch is littered with misc. junk from top to bottom. There is also an accumulating pile of various household goods in the side yard which keeps growing. You can not see the backyard from the street so they may have piled junk back there as well. In an attempt to hide all the litter on the porch they put up a large green tarp. All the stuff in the yard has been left as is.

    I can't image what the house looks like on the inside. Children and pets should not be living in these conditions.

    There are discarded items that totally fill the concrete pad adjacent to the garage. The junk is piled about 5ft to 6 ft high and about 10 ft long. It's starting to scatter; I'm guessing due to winds and wild animal activity.
    In addition there are trees growing out from the house's foundation which are about 10 ft high or more. There's one tree on either side of the house.

    Vehicles are parked on the front lawn and block the sidewalks regularly. Drunken Disorderly behavior multiple times a week. Yelling, unbecoming behavior around children. Possible underage drinking. Constant cussing that the whole neighborhood can here. Littering on other people's properties. Muddy sidewalks. Tall weeds in backyard and alley over the fence top. Garbage and litter in the backyard.

    9th street south goes from three to two lanes with the left lane as turning to the east. The concern is that traffic does not turn and keeps going strait in the left lane. This has happened to me 5-6 times in the last couple of months where I was in the middle lane (this is a trough lane) and someone cuts into my lane form the left because they don't turn as they should. I feel that signage needs to change including more signs on the road it self. This is a danger sometime I will get hit as the car coming from the left dose not seem to see the cars in the lane.
