    The city gate at the end of Santa Fe River Road is for access for emergency vehicles ONLY. It is broken off the hinges and the chain with the city's combination lock has been removed, replaced with 3 key operated padlocks. After 2 years of reporting this to the SF Parks Dept (the agency responsible for this gate) with no response, I contacted the SF Police Dept. I met at the site with Officer David Gallegos, The gate was repaired, back on the hinges and a new city combination lock on the chain to keep it closed. LESS THAN 2 WEEKS LATER it was again vandalized, broken off the hinges and the combination lock replaced with 3 key operated padlocks. City staff does not have the keys to these locks - who has them? Please repair this gate. According to the city's plan for maintenance of parks and open spaces, gates are to be repaired in 2 days of the report.

    Cerro Gordo is a mess. Bushes and trees are growing in the road. The hills have slid in to the road. The sides of the road have caved in making it very dangerous. People drive to fast and it is no longer a two lane road in many places. Dangerous to bikers and walkers. The sidewalks at the beginning have been covered over with dirt....this is east of Gonzales.

I can't water my lawn, sit in my back yard or even open my back screen door without the dog barking and ruining my time outside in my own backyard. This dog barks at all hours of the day or night at any movement from my home or others around it.
