Your plows completely blocked the storm drain next to my home. My property is flooding due to this problem. It needs to be removed immediately. The flood drainage runs right along the front of my driveway and the plows placed 4-6 feet of snow in my driveway as well, completely blocking any possible point of egress. You've trapped me in my home and we currently have 6 inches of water draining toward my home instead of along the channels.

We need this road plowed. I'm a first responder living full time with my wife and two little children that need freedom of movement. Our family is losing income that we need to pay our bills and the taxes that have increased for this year. We have neighbors here who are stranded while their homes are compromised by the snow.

Berne Dr in Crestline has not been plowed since Friday mid day. It is now Monday 2:10pm. It is impossible to leave my home to get food, medicine etc.

(Picture is off internet when there's no snow to show location)--I can't get there but my neighbor has been in her home next door this whole time. My address is 737 Arrowhead Villa Rd.--access is on Lord's Lane, though, where these two meet. I am next to 727 Arrowhead Villa Rd. which also has a large berm. Both of us need help when possible. Balfrin Dr and Berne Dr has not been plowed since last Friday. My wife is a diabetic and we are senior citizens and I am going to have to hike to the post office in 5 ft of snow to pick up her diabetic medicine that is sitting there. I keep hearing about all the additional resources but I have not even a heard a plow in our vicinity. Where are all the plows? I called public works and they couldn’t even tell me how many plows they had operating or where they were. THAT is absolutely pathetic. If I operated like that at work I would be fired in the spot. Why is it ok for the county? WE NEED HELP. Dawn said she thinks you guys are doing a bang up job. EVERYONE ELSE thinks you people are failing.

We desperately need Mittry Drive in Lake Arrowhead cleared. Please help us.

I reside at 2405 Fir Dr. This is the third time a plow driver has left a berm in the street in front of my driveway. My driveway was cleared all the way out to the street and now I’m blocked in again. This berm is about 4 feet wide and consists of ice and packed snow.

This car has been parked/abandoned here for over 6 months

The front loader operator yesterday left a huge wall of ice in front of my elderly neighbor's house at 2656 Valhalla Dr., in Running Springs. Please help him get out. There was no reason to leave that there. The operator could have easily removed it

Two seniors completely snowed in. Worried about gas meter under snow. Snow berm over 6 ft. We need help.

We live on Boulder Ln in Twin Peaks Ca. The street is 6 feet tall of snow, no plows have passed by since it started snowing 9 days ago. There's elderly people living on the street who have run out of basic needs. We are unable to make it to work and make money to pay bills. Nobody hears machines going so we all want to know where is all the machinery at since the roads are still one lane for cars to drive on...rumor has it we won't see a plow on our street for at least another week. There's no way that's going to work. We don't know who else to ask you help!

I have been unable to get home for 12 days. I would like to go home as soon as possible now that they opened HWY 18. I am emailing to get confirm that there is access to Nadelhorn Drive, assistance and any advice on getting back to my home location.
