    Flooding in Roger Avenue is absolutely abhorrent. Every time we have a rain, Roger Avenue gets flooded out. This is very serious and accidents waiting to happen. Sewer is clogged, preventing drainage to sufficiently drain water in timely manner. As a result, most of the properties surrounding Roger Ave are in danger of getting completely flooded out. This situation is ripe for litigation, with dangerous flooding threatening the lives of the people. Please address clogged sewer ASAP!!
