    After 10 years living in our house, a new owner/flipper bought the home behind us to remodel and flip, in doing so they moved a shed from ~4’ to within 2’ of the fence line.

    After repeat asks to move it back to the 36” distance required by code, they extended to 28”.

    When asked again to please move the shed to at least 36”, their response did not confirm that they would do so.

    The house is currently under contract for a new owner and I’d prefer that getting to know our new neighbors isn’t based on resolving this code issue.
