Notified About

  • 4260 S 35th St Milwaukee, Wisconsin, 53221 - Greenfield
I ask that you please consider putting a speed bump on 35th street between Loomis Road and Cold Spring Drive. Far too many people are driving down it recklessly. Our mail box has been ran over so many times and this last time was completely ripped out of the ground. People are also dumping garbage near the apartments and storage units. I have seen furniture, empty liquor bottles, used condoms, a vibrator (yup). Please please consider. We hear cars speeding at very late hours of the night. It wakes us all up.

Home has had a tarp on the roof for over a year. The roof is CLEARLY leaking badly into the home. Rats have continued to be a problem at the home due to the home being in dilapidated condition. The rats have upgraded this home from an eyesore to a infestation problem for the neighborhood. Thank you.

Homeless camp about 100 yards from the bridge on 34th and Loomis Rd. 2, possibly 3, homeless tents along the waterway that runs through the cemetery. An outrageous amount of trash littered all around the camp looks like a dumping ground. All trash thrown down the hill and into the water. Danger to people and animals. Destroying the environment.

The neighbors of zablocki Park are asking for law enforcement to please do more routine patrolling and traffic stops along Howard Avenue between 35th and 43rd Street. Now that school has started and we are now having buses pick up our children in the morning and in the evenings this stretch of road has become an extremely dangerous problem. Drivers of this road are showing no regard towards the speed limit or stopping for the bus that are picking up the children and parents using this area.. The vehicles do not stop for the buses or acknowledge their signs they simply speed around and cause a great threat and danger to our families. The bus drivers themselves have told us that this area is particularly bad and they are at wit's end of what to do. Please help us to solve this issue before harm is caused by a reckless driver. Thank you

Just outside of the fencing around the water tower, a vehicle careened off the road and left deep tire tracks. To remove the vehicle, the occupants laid down large pieces of cardboard, which are still sitting to the north of the tower. They also left a plastic pail leaning against the fence.

In the past 1 1/2 weeks I have watched 3 official vehicles drive up to the entrance of the water tower and go inside the fencing. As they left, 2 of the 3 walked over to the ruts and looked at the cardboard as well as the pail. Neither one bothered to clean up the area! Come on people, show a little responsibility.
