This Time the lid finally ripped off of mine, and got taken along with the trash. Please assist me with replacing this trash barrel as this is unsanitary, and will attract wild life. -

It lasts about 2 to 3 seconds and usually happens mid day after 2pm, multiple days per week. The intensity is getting stronger and causes my house to shake.
