there has been a trailer with junk/garbage in it since the summer... it never gets moved, just sits there between his property line and his neighbors.... it so ugly plus when it starts to snow its in the way of the plow............... so sorry to complain and THANK YOU in advance for when it gets moved :0)

On almost a daily basis, traffic is continually, and often more than once in a single timeframe, violating traffic law as it pertains to school buses and child safety along Sprinkle Rd between Centre and Tiffany. I have two children in elementary that currently ride the public school buses. When the bus stops at my home on Sprinkle Rd. in the morning (approximately 8:05-ish) and especially in the afternoon (approximately 4:15-ish), oncoming traffic is blatantly ignoring the bus signals and refusing to stop. There have even been numerous instances where traffic behind the bus on the same side of the road, after coming to a stop no less, has sped around the bus, after it has activated it's red lights, not wanting to have to wait. If this were only a once in a great while occurance, I wouldn't bat an eye. Unfortunately, this is a multiple times a week occurance, almost to an everyday occurance, and places my children's safety at risk.

There are numerous locations where an officer could sit and watch, and I would recommend sitting in a location that helps obstruct or block view of the officers cruiser, to which there are many. Please help remedy this. It really makes me nervous for my children, especially considering this is a 50 mph road and both stops during the day are during higher traffic volumes! Your attention is appreciated!

Merchant Place drive is a private road, however the city of Portage & the water department's heavy trucks have destroyed this portion of our private road. We are looking for some assistance from the city's wear & tear of our private street.

Left turn arrow turning north on to Romence from Sprinkle barley allows two cars to turn.

The new section of pavement on E. Centre west bound is rediciloisly bumpy due to the manhole covers being over 1” below grade. A smooth section of pavement has been changed to an off-road course of dodge the potholes. Please have someone look into this. Thank you

Business property owner runs sprinkler over sidewalk, preventing passage of bikes & pedestrians. They also run sprinkler during rain.

We moved in two years ago and every time it rains the storm water drain overflows and creates flooding in our yard/driveway, the neighbors driveway, and the street out in front of our house. When it's not raining, the water in the drain is still almost all the way up to the top. It creates about a 6 inch deep or more puddle whenever it rains, and we have a 15 month old son that could drown in it if he got near it.

pfizer railroad tracks are becomming increasingly dangerous. very large potholes are forming at the intersection with romence road.

After the initial complaint against these residence, they did end up removing numerous things and inoperable vehicles. Unfortunately, junk is starting to build up again in front of their garage and front yard. Its a shame that people like this ruin an entire neighborhood for everyone else.

Tree company left a huge mess of branches plus hacked another trees branches completley off & cut it in half then never finished removing it leaving a 10-12 ft tall stump. They also badly hacked up another tree thats on the corner of sprinkle & tiffany leaving the tree as a huge wishbone shape thats now a major safety concern for anyone driving or walking by it on sprinkle & tiffany.
