This has been reported previously and no action has been taken, or they are disregarding it as they continue to park their RV, 2-3 cars, and 2-3 motorcycles on the lawn day and night. They also have very inappropriate vulgar and racist imagery on their property.

Sidewalk in front of property has a major change in elevation between squares. It is causing tripping issues when people run in the neighborhood and are not aware of the issue.
It was marked to be fixed along with the rest of the neighborhood sidewalks, but for some reason someone painted over the squares not to remove them. This is a public safety issue and needs to be fixed before someone trips and breaks a nose or an arm.

Driving down Rosalia approaching Washington St, the house on the right on the corner (I believe 1231?) has bushes for a fence and it’s extremely difficult to see approaching traffic or someone biking towards you. There aren’t any lines directing you where to stop/ no crosswalk lines but if there were, you would literally have to drive over both just to edge out far enough to see. Aren’t they able to be trimmed back? I can’t be the only one who has this issue.

I complained a few weeks ago about excessive garbage in black bags along the west side of house and the city has responded it has been taking care of. NO it hasn't, the black bags are still there and the garbage cans are still visible from the street which is against city ordinance, add in the van that hasn't moved in weeks and has been plowed in several times in front of the property.

..I will use the photo from the last person that complained about this and nothing was done, the truck clearly is parked too close to the stop sign, closer than 5’ it blocks the stop sign and yocan't see it until you are past the truck and in the roadit. The truck should be ticketed for the stop sign violation, every time it is parked there, then maybe the owner will stop parking there and pedestrians and other traffic will be safe from getting struck.
