The curb leading up to the driveway of 763 Churchill Lane is badly damaged. Is this is responsibility of the village?

restenant is using the front yard as both a driveway and parking lot. Driveway multiple times a day and parking lot most every weekend with lifted 4 wheel drive vehicles.
There are ruts through the yard.
Last weekend burning a sofa and pallets in the backyard resulting in OFD responding.
He is terrorizing the neighbors with his friends drinking then speeding down the street . Please Do Something!

Due to the developer planted parkway tree or other drainage issues, there are 2 to 3 panels of sidewalk in front of the house that for years has gotten worse. The sections are cracked; very uneven and are a definite safety hazard

Our home backs to the prairie path. We are at the corner where there is a very large drain/grate. However, since we moved here in the summer of 2017, the drainage at this corner of the prairie, has been problematic.

The first summer we were here, the water accumulation during a heavy storm was such that the water was over the path and more than 10' into our yard. Pretty unsettling for only having moved here. We hoped it was a fluke, however, the drainage issue with this drain/grate has continued.

Even moderate rains cause standing water that flows over the path and slightly into our yard. Today, we are looking out again and it is a large pond, not a prairie. We are realistic about the fact that with heavy rains, as we have had the last couple days, most drainage systems will be hard pressed to keep up quickly enough.

However, one of our biggest concerns is that there is almost always standing water at this drain area. The problem seems to be that the water is NOT in the location of the drain/grate. We look out and see the large drain and about 10-12' away, we see a pool of standing water. Bikers and walkers go by and look at the water.

Recently, there was digging down at/near this drain. I thought it was from the parks department possibly addressing this drain issue. It's been a neighborhood topic of discussion, so was hopefully it was being addressed. However, having left them a message, the return call indicated they have not been digging. But they said that Metronet was supposedly out in this area digging for lines around the time we observed a small machine digging around the drain? Unfortunately, since they dug the area up, we have a large muddy, rocky, pondy area outside our home...not the view we had foreseen when we purchased this home.

If there is anything at all that you, at public works, might be able to do regarding this drain/drainage area to improve the aesthetics, and the concern about standing water/mosquitoes, etc. I would appreciate a call very much. I have attached a number of photos of the water (some with the drain clearly at a point away from where the water pools. Some showing the water having come over into our yard.

Not sure what utility this is, but it is rusted, torn, and jagged. It is less than a yard off of the sidewalk just east of 329 Morgan Valley Dr. and a hazard for children/pets. Thanks!

Grass overgrown on street, causing drainage issues for storm drain

unsafe walking conditions. concrete sidewalk cracked and sinking.

Barking dogs. Early morning dogs are let out. The owners let them bark nonstop. Same thing happens at night. Every night. All the neighbors are sick of it. Have contacted OPD but nothing seems to happen.

There is a semi truck parked in the driveway. It has been there for over a month.

I live near Morgan Valley Park and the "strobe light" on top of the water tower is very annoying! I can only assume it will be even worse when the leaves fall and the trees are bare. Is there a way it could be directed upward so as not to shine on area homes?
