Is the city of Willoughby Hills kidding!!?? ? we waited 3 + months for the road work to be completed (late and its rough as heck!!) and they couldn't even throw a quick skin-coat of blacktop on the last few 100 feet between the 271 overpass and the new "so called" repaired road. no, we suffered all summer long driving round and round the block ....using the other washboard know as "Eddy" road and now we can't even enjoy the street !! its crap !! the city is either cheap or lazy ? Now I know you can't do a little and then some more and then some more you'll end up 10 miles down the road, but come on, the road is whipped !! at least scarf it (grind) so its smooth. Just so you know, while the city (contractor) "repaired" Maplegrove, ODOT scarfed and paved the entire express lanes on 271 in both directions !!

Maplegrove rd in Willoughby hills was to be closed Aprrox 60 days for "slope" reconstruction starting 6-7-10. This has been a MAJOR pain in the trip to just about everywhere !! The project is not slated to be finished until
8-27-10 now !! it was sitting for at least 2 weeks without any activity, why can't things just get done? and do you think they will fix the washboard that is Maplegrove rd? NO WAY !! but if they do, they'll close it again instead of doing it while there is minimal traffic now.

When on I-90W and exiting at OH91 exit, EXIT 189, toward WILLOUGHBY HILLS/ WILLOUGHBY and turning LEFT onto OH-91/SOM CENTER RD the light is timed very poorly. Usually only about 5 cars get through the light when the exit ramp is half way full.
