    Some road work was recently done in the Lakeness neighborhood of Poulsbo. After the work was complete, I noticed that the crew dumped their extra asphalt in a pile at the corner of Lakeness and Orilla streets. I also just noticed that a tire was dumped there. Photos attached.

    Witt Obrien called to report a 24 oz. spill of hydraulic fluid to asphalt. No drains were affected. Witt Obrien was calling on behalf of Manson Construction who was responsible for the spill. The company was doing some asphalt paving and a hydraulic line on a roller compactor ruptured and sprayed hydraulic fluid.

    We have 12 houses living on our lane.

    When we place garbage and recycle bins along the road for processing by WM, they fall over because the space between the pavement and available portion of the dirt shoulder is too narrow.

    We are requesting a gravel/dirt buildup of the shoulder for our bins.

    Verified the customer is requesting a buildup on the west shoulder on Olympic View Rd.

    There’s a black Isuzu Trooper at the corner of Orilla and Lakeness in Poulsbo that has been previously reported, but has not moved. Other vehicles parked alongside it have been moved. This vehicle has been there for three years and is an eyesore. Can you please have Citizens on Patrol follow up?

    Received a call from Tiana Thayer, Naval Base Kitsap/Bangor #360-396-5087, reporting a 2,500-gallon sewage spill to the road and nearby storm drains. The spill consisted mostly of industrial treated wastewater, no solid sewage.
