Residents of Bird Dog Kennel Estates

Dawn drive at Colossal Cave Rd. floods during any moderate to heavy rains. It often gets too flooded for most cars and SUVs to get through. This is the only road providing access to the New Dawn Estates and Vail Vista Estates neighborhoods.

There's actually 2 HUGE potholes. I blew a tore out on one and I hear vehicles hit them HARD all the time. They are on Andrada right over a hill where you don't see them till it's too late

Have you decided to have Sunburst asphalt tear up the road to fix a drainage issue where the water drains from the north side all the way across to the south side of this road I was talking to a gentleman this morning and was told that they are completed with the job and you guys have paid for that and you guys haven't even looked at it to see what a big mess they made is actually worse than it was the guy actually told me you would probably drain worse than it was because it wasn't fixed. You have not allotted a different way for any of us to get in and out from our homes so cars get wrecked engines get hydrolocked because we cannot get out unless we drive through it I think it's very sad that our tax dollars are not being used efficiently to take care of the problems so the people can live in their homes and go to work go to school Etc

Shoulder needs to be cut down and a water bar added. This problem can be fixed with a little motivation.

There is a huge pothole on Andrada Rd. Just as you turn onto Reta. It is truly dangerous and could cause serious damage to vehicles. That is also the site of a school bus stop. It would be great if, while the workers are out here working on paving, they could fill this pothole and work on smoothing / grading the dirt roads in our area. Please and thank you!

Roadways edge has failed. 3 to 4 foot drop off into wash. Road is used by large vehicles and narrows at the wash in photo. street sweeping at the wash may be needed also.

from the recent storms there are a number of potholes and sandbars that have developed on Wentworth south of I-10 to andrada..
these potholes and sandbars are creating havoc for drivers. I ask as a member of the community that this be handled and the potholes filled and the sandbars removed so it's easier for drivers. for all I know these issues may continue all the way to Sahuarita Rd. there was a head-on collision there last week. I don't know the specifics of it but for all I know they could have been trying to avoid potholes and sandbars.

2. This area is about 4 feet deep originally, but still approximately 2 feet dip and 4 feet wide
3. They removed dirt off a resident's partial of land to fill the serious erosion to the road that still makes this a
serious safety issue for the residents, which has not been completely repaired. See photos

Dawn road was supposedly repaved 3 weeks ago. The job was done in only one day, with no grading done after the old asphalt removal and prior to the new asphalt.
The company that did this extremely sub par, unprofessional work also had to dig up and replace/patch the asphalt in over 50 spots !
The residents of Dawn estate's have taken pictures and videos of this disaster.
Dawn road must be entirely regraded AND repaved before monsoon season.
I was only able to upload 1 of 6 photos that I took today. ALL of these photos were taken the day after a moderate rainfall. None of these potholes existed prior to this rainfall.
We need to know ASAP what is to be done.
