    The roadway in front of construction at 140 E Parkwood Rd is in disrepair. This issue has been previously reported, but no action from CoD or the contractor to fix it. There has been no activity on the construction site since August - is it abandoned?

Cars traveling West on W Ponce de Leon are not aware that there ARE NOT two lanes of traffic past the intersection I have witnessed some very close calls with cars speeding up the hill towards downtown Decatu trying to be in the proper traffic lane
