    street light at corner of 102nd ave west and Heard turns on and off along with the street light at heard and 102nd ally. Both need attention due to safety of neighborhood.

    Driving down 18th Ave E toward 8th Street is a combo of potholes and a sinkhole in the making. The street's eastern side was re-done after Fiber went through, and a @#$% job at that - no curb, and the cars half park out into the street due to the grade between the street and sidewalk, and when you get to the 8th Street intersection, it's treacherous and a sink hole is forming. There was one previously there and @#$% patch jobs are eroding away.

    Word of caution while driving down West 6th Street. Between 40th Ave W and about 46th Ave W the road is riddled with potholes! The worst is right where 6th St meets the Avenue. It's getting worse by the day it seems, I drive almost on the boulevard because . Another problem area is between 41st and 42nd ave on the North side of the street.

    Railroad tracks in West Duluth crossing 59th Avenue West and 63rd Avenue West and Raleigh Street have been unused for many years and are in such bad condition they could not be used anyway. Some have loose rebar protruding up that could possibly take out vehicle brake lines and cause an accident. Some are probably knocking vehicle front end alignment out.These tracks go nowhere and should be taken out. School busses and some other re required to stop at these crossings even though trains could not use the tracks.

    There are several bad pot holes on 12th Avenue East. The pot holes start from 4th street and goes all the way up to Sixth Street. They are big holes on 12th Avenue East.
