Pennbrooke Subdivision - Alpharetta, GA

I caught a landscaper blowing a pile of leaves and branches down a sewer drain in or neighborhood. I asked him to stop but pretty much got a negative response from him. I told him doing this clogs the sewer drain and causes backups and flooding in heavy rains.

What I didn't have handy was the city ordinance against knowingly blowing large debris down the drain. If I see others doing this what ramification are there for those individuals or landscapers? What can Residence do to assist in helping to enforce this and have fines on these individuals?

It annoys me when I see people doing this.

Water leaking from front of my house into the street

home owner has a very large sink hole in his backward he has called experts and they told him the sink hole is very deep and dangerous. and expensive to fix which he did not
the other major problem is the neighborhood children are crossing the banks of the sink hole in his backyard to get to the amenities we could loose one or two

Sidewalk was repaired about a year ago but has started crumbling

We have had a cable left unburied since August 15 (6 weeks ago). It lays out in the street all the way around the north and west corner of our property - from one utility box to the other. It appears that we have been forgotten by the utility company who was supposed to bury the cable. We still have the flags in where it was marked. Please advise if this is scheduled to be buried any time soon?

A very large living Oak tree has been removed without any City or HOA approval that we are aware of. Many, many neighbors are reporting this to us. Was a City Permit issued to remove this tree?
