    There are two huge potholes just before the entrance ramp to 100 Southbound from Mtka Blvd. Both are about 2 feet wide and about 10 inches deep.

    Morning rush hour metering lights are completely ignored at this onramp to Hwy 100 northbound. The main issue with this is that the merge lane onto Hwy 100 is virtually nonexistent and therefore dumps the cars merging onto the Hwy directly into the right lane of traffic on Hwy 100, which is already congested with motorists either taking the next immediate exit (22nd 1/2) or the exit to Hwy 394 Eastbound. This causes a major slow down on Hwy 100 in that lane. A longer merge lane is needed on Hwy 394 or this on ramp should be eliminated altogether.

    Right turning vehicles do not yield to southbound vehicles. Need to replace Yield with Stop sign or warning to southbound vehicles that traffic from right does not stop

    There is a crosswalk here and it can be nearly impossible and dangerous to cross the street here to get to the bus stop. The cars don't stop to allow crossing. It would be nice to have a sign of some kind to remind drivers that it is state law to allow pedestrians to cross the street when they are in the cross walk.

    It can be nearly impossible and not to mention DANGEROUS to cross the street here to get to the bus stop! Today, while in the crosswalk, I was beeped at by van for crossing the street. It is STATE LAW for vehicles to stop when a pedestrian is crossing in the designated crosswalk. It is necessary that signs be put up to address to problem! Drivers need to be reminded of this.

    exit off of 7 to Wooddale is bad. Bridge blocks vision for cars coming off 7 and only the cars entering Wooddale have to stop. There should be a traffic light or a three-way stop.

    I almost just died. Like, literally. I was crossing the street to the bus stop and this truck actually stopped (only the fourth time that's happened in my year and a month that I've lived here) for me, so I set out and noticed the other cars behind it slowing so I kept walking only to have a car I couldn't see (it was lined up just right as I was walking) NOT slow down and have to slam on its brakes and swerve not to hit me. I have filed a more than one report about this issue. Signs were put up in the street on each side for a day, then they were gone.

    When going southbound by bike on Golden Hills Dr it is very difficult to merger into left lanes that lead to the frontage road that runs parallel with 394. There are no signs that indicate presence of cyclists and pedestrians and the drivers are completely unprepared when they see one trying to change lanes or cross street.

    Horrible pothole in the left lane going east. There is no way to avoid it as there is a median to your left and another lane of cars to your right. So bad I'm pretty sure I thru my car out of alignment. I wont even drive on this road anymore.

    This corner seems be getting ignored due to the pending construction project for hwy 7. However, there is a pothole large enough to swallow up a small car in the right lane of Woodale just north of highway 7. Seems to be an ill-filled hole from some previous utility work.
