    This crossing has become more dangerous every year for pedestrians that walk the Lee Gulch trail. It appears that some motorists do not recognize that there is a crosswalk as they speed down Elati. There is also a fence that partially blocks the view of southbound motorists allowing pedestrians to step into the street almost unseen (similar to Windermere Street and Lee Gulch). If some type of traffic calming device could be placed here (like at Windermere and Lee Gulch) it may prevent a serious accident.

    We desperately need speed humps on . So Huron St. from Huron Way to Prentice Way. After the Powers St. stop sign on Huron, it becomes a national speedway (even police cars). I fear for those with children who dispatch from school buses or even in play.

    Last week I was ascending eastbound on Littleton Blvd across rail overpass at about 8 pm. Approaching the crosswalk there was a pedestrian (dressed in dark clothing) crossing northbound to the center island. It was after dark and the non-lighted conditions made it very difficult to see this individual until quite proximate to him. Given this precarious situation, it would certainly seem that there should be a pedestrian controlled flashing light (like further east on Littleton BLvd) or other kind of signalization and/or some kind of improved lighting to prevent a serious incident. Thank you.

    The lift from the sidewalk to the crosswalk at Windermere and Weaver for little Raven elementary is so big that kids have to get off their bikes and lift them up over this ledge same with scooters. I’ve seen multiple people trip on the lift in the road. It is almost 4 to 6 inches higher than the sidewalk.

    The tavern restaurant "swamp" continues without any remedy. This issue has been reported 2 times in the last 3 months. Standing gross water and overgrown noxious weeds and cattails in a curbside rock bed caused by drainage from within the tavern. Likely condensation drainage from hvac or perhaps other restaurant equip. If the issue isn't fixed or plan communicated by 9/31/23, Nevada and Curtis st residents will write a joint letter and present at city council to bring visibility.
