Please grade Tonopah-Salome Highway west of Miller Road. Please grade in front of property at 25831 W. Tonopah-Salome Highway.

Due to severe alligatoring of the road, several large potholes have developed on the northbound lane of Palo Verde Road between Southern and Broadway. There are at least six potholes that are between 12 inches in width and up to three feet in length. The photo is just representation of the others.

The fence on Sun Valley Pkwy between MM 108 to MM 110 is knocked down and needs to be replaced

Citizen is concerned with the amount of dust being kicked up by larger vehicles on Air Strip Rd, S. of Van Buren St

along MC 85 in Buckeye in front of Duncan & Sons, the trees are overgrown (possibly a code violation) and need to be trimmed in order to see signage/prevention from hanging over roadway

Thank you for repairing the potholes that were in my last notification; however, due to the alligatoring of the northbound lane, additional potholes have developed in the vicinity of the patches that you just completed.

The cattle guard here is in poor shape/barely functional. Several areas are worn away, it's not pleasant to drive over, and the grooves are full of dirt, so it's not exactly a cattle deterrent anymore.
