    Back in May/June timeframe, sent word that only one of six lights was on on the top of the Balduck Park Sledding Hill. Issue was acknowledged and would be taken care of. Just returned from World Scout Jamboree and lights are still out on top of the hill, in fact all six lighta are now out--big safety and security item. Someone needs to "light a fire" under someone and get it fixed. when lit, the lights provide illumination for the whole area of the Park, not just the hill.

    Street cover is packed solid with dirt and causes regular basement backups due to drain not being maintained and able to allow drainage. Whenever showers are taken, water does not leave the basement promptly. Whenever there is rain, the backups become worse and water pools at the curbside and remains in the street because of blockage. The city of DETROIT water Department or the responsible city Department needs to do their job and get this matter resolved promptly. My personal belongings are at risk of being damaged and destroyed due to this ongoing issue.
