    The stop sign leaving the 7-11 parking lot has fallen down and cars are failing to yield to the traffic. This is right next to Kindercare Daycare Center so many cars driving in this area have children in them.

    There is also a large pot hole on the same road which causes cars to have to drive on the opposite side of the road to avoid it. This creates an additional hazard for cars turning onto the road.

    I gave up on this issue after writing a letter to the Gazette that was published, and to my state senator.
    Basically, the lanes were still grooved, and looked as if they still needed some major prep before blacktop was put over the grooves, and the project was deemed "finished." At first I kept thinking it was an unfinished project. If they were supposed to come bac to finish it, they forgot. A couple of years ago. I challenge you to drive on Great Seneca Hwy and show me another road like it anywhere. Only road I've ever driven on like it.

    The corner of Great Seneca and Clopper has become an unapproved area used to promote businesses with small banners placed in the grass. It has become unsightly and should not be allowed. Its makes the area look trashy. At times there are over 30 small billboard in the grass advertising fitness facilities or furniture stores.

    The road out front of Waters Landing Elementary is a extremely busy road. Currently the road has horrible potholes due to numerous truck snow removals and buses that drive on that road. This is school zone and the road should not be as undriveable as it is now.

    Both of the left turn arrown on Middlebrrok Rd are not working properly. Both of the phases will max out each cycle. 90 % of the time there is not a demand for either of the left turns but we still have to sit an wait. I have called the Montgomery County TMC twice about this problem. I was told " Yeah there were never set up". Well fix it! I am tired of sitting there for no reason. The second problem with this isgnal it is not properly timed with Rt118. It is very wasteful of time and gas to go from a red light at Century Blvd to a red light at Rt118. can't we do better Montg. County?

    The school flasher is on all the time. 24 hours a day 7 days a week. I have called Montgomery County TMC 3 times requesting it to be fixed. This will cause the drivers to become used to the flashing beacons and later to ignore them. This is also a waste of electricity and with the state of the County's finances they should conserve as much as possible.
