The owner of this house has an AC/HVAC Repair business. Used AC equipment is always dumped and stored on the East side of the yard, outside his fence. Also has a work trailer parked in the yard, and a Boat on a trailer in the front yard.by the driveway.

There is a couch behind the Dunkin Donuts in part of the street.

The owners of this property have extended their back fence at least 30-feet past their property line and it's actually well onto the public right-of-way. It's right next to the sidewalk on the South side of Curlew road. In addition, they have the fence near the sidewalk raised up to at least 8-feet. The maximum height allowed is 6-feet. The fence in question is only viewable on the South side of Curlew road.

Renter is still parking his truck and utility trailer with attachments--added sidewalls, ladders, etc., to trailer--on the lawn of his unit of the rental triplex and the lawn of the neighbors duplex. The truck and trailer are full of trash; there is trash bags, boxes, and loose trash left on the neighbors lawn since Saturday, August 4th--trash company came on Tuesday and will not remove this trash/boxes/bags/loose trash on the ground. There are tires in front of the fence--a mosquito haven. And lastly, the grass is out of control for this entire triplex. It has been mowed twice this entire year. Every day anyone living within the vicinity of this triplex is constantly looking a pig sty. There are numerous code violations.

The owners of this home own a growing house cleaning service. There are 8 to 10 cars parked in the driveway and on the lawn every Monday through Friday!

This small yellow car is obviously inoperable and has no registration.

They also have just installed a large above ground pool in the back yard and they have no fence on the back side which is facing Curlew road. The pool is only a few hundred feet away from a children's daycare!

This needs your urgent attention please !

5 overflowing trash cans have been outside for weeks!!!!!!! and trash is all over the place. also blinds on front window are all busted up making the place look like the drug house which it is!!! drug deals constantly. fights all the time. trash furniture garbage everywhere all the time!!!!! Please make them clean it up!!!

Truck in constantly in street and hasn't moved. It is filled with junk they have collected from other people's garbage. If I want to sell my house, it is going to be very difficult knowing there is junk in the truck and in the driveway.

The owners of this property have trash and building materials stacked in the back yard ,and even a toilet!
It is clearly seen on The North side of house from Curlew ave. The trampoline and some other yard ornaments are also several feet past their property line.

Word around the neighborhood is that they are doing it on purpose to protest having to take down their "Code Violation" Fence back in November 2018.

Please help with this trashy eyesore!

Brush pile has been at the curb for weeks.

Large red roll-off dumpster has been on this lot for several months. All remodeling and construction stopped over two months ago. Building materials scattered in back yard. House is vacant and in dire need of painting. Northwest corner of 298th ave N. and 69th St. N.

The privacy fence between the CVS parking lot and 70st N/301st Ave N has been repeatedly ripped down for a passage way and home for sleeping, drug use/selling, drinking. There is trash that gets thrown all over this area and other properties in the vicinity including broken glass. People have made a home in the shrubs and bushes and consistently deteriorate the area.
