2047 2nd Ave N Saint Petersburg, Florida - Historic Kenwood Neighborhood Association
People living in filthy conditions in garage with smell of feces coming from it. Cats are infested within the garage including kittens and stray's. Tents set up in the back yard and animal feces surrounding fence and alley way. Not sure of who is living there, but neighbors do not want to park or go in the alley way. This is a public nuisance when they open the garage door, feed the stray cats, and we are unsure of who is in there?

Abandoned home with vagrants squatting. Home is not boarded up per code. Home has grass over 10" tall, debris piles in front yard. Another large debris pile in backyard of construction materials. This case was shown as closed and complied with, but obviously nothing has changed. There is no demolition permit on file either.

There are people living in the garage. There is Graffiti on the garage door, trash and an abandoned sofa. I have called the city of St. Petersburg twice and nothing appears to have happened.

Yet again, the dog next door has attacked a person and another dog. And yet again, the police will not come out and animal control will do nothing. Their solution is to write a witness report, get it notarized, and submit it for record. When the dog has 3 reports, it will be listed as dangerous and the owners will be required to house the dog in a certain manner. If the dog escapes and attacks again (God forbid a child) the owners will be fined. City of St. Pete, I beg you to do something. This is a public safety disaster waiting to happen! You will you be okay with someone's blood on your hands?!?!

Is there restrictions on air marketing over residential property? For weeks now the Geico banner prop plane has been flying over the Kenwood neighborhood. The plane is loud and disturbing to our peaceful neighborhood. I know they are working over downtown and the beach but our mid city is suffering. It may seem unimportant but who's regulating them?

This issue has been going on for months. I am unable to park in my two-car parking spot in the rear of my property (2134 Burlinton Ave N) as I have insufficient space to negotiate turns without accidents. I have asked for months only to be insulted by the renter who lives in the two story building across the street. Please help (second photo. I have already posted one)

This house is completely in disarray. Broken glass everywhere, trash visible, unlicensed animals in back yard and allows stray cats everywhere. The house even smells like a dead animals and cat urine. The fence is about to collapse in the alley way causing safety concerns due to their unvaccinated dogs. The garage is falling apart and is most likely a haven for rats and other varmints.

A month or so ago an LED fixture was installed on the pole in our neighbors back yard. I realize the switch to LED was a city wide initiative with Duke, and appreciate a well lit alley, however, this light is NOT in an alley. It is smack dab in the middle of our neighbors back yard, so all it is doing is lighting up his yard, not the alley. The light glows bright enough to illuminate our bedrooms (including that of our two year old) as if it was midday all night long. Can someone please come and tone this thing down!?
