    There are big nasty rats outside of the Charlotte Bobcats Arena. I dialled 311 for Non-Emergency Police and the 311 dispatcher told me to pay for a pest controller out of pocket-- which is not happening.

    There needs to be a left turn signal from southbound McDowell St to outbound E 7th St. It can take several cycles to clear just a few cars, which back up over the crest of the hill on McDowell. Even a flashing yellow turn signal would be good.

    The red lights on 5th & 6th St. and N. Brevard are too long for the cars going on 5th and 6th. There are hardly any cars on Brevard going through these intersections.

    Pedestrian walkway is ripped up and needs repair.

    The stop light on this intersection and the one on Brevard on 5th and 6th st are too long for the traffic on 5th and 6th st. There are very few cars crossing 5th and 6th sts. This backs up traffic. It is bad enough we have to stop for the train!
