it is not a "new construction request" but we do need additional recycling carts. currently we have approx. 200 residents with only 5 carts available. The issue is only with out recycling, but the carts we have are all blue, not green, so I put "both" for the carts with issues. (sorry if confusing/coded incorrectly) the photo attached was from the morning of July 23rd, so it would be another 10 days before our next recycling pickup. :-(

Discarded possible Hazardous construction scraps littered All over the yard. Dangerous materials (insulation, water heaters, Paint buckets etc).

Several potholes. Very bad road. This section of road has deteriorated over the last five years. We were all so excited to hear DPW would be paving a portion of Concord three years ago, but alas the project only included upto Stow rd intersection. Please issue a long term fix for this section. It’s very bad driving and accident prone as people swerve to avoid potholes in this section of road.

This is still not working. If you stop at the Light it doesn’t Turn green and if you pull up it doesn’t work it just doesn’t work you cannot take a left Onto Granger Boulevard from Newton Street. There are a few exceptions I have seen it turn green a couple of times in the past month but for the most part you wait five minutes it doesn’t turn green and you take a right on red. Been over a month now please take another look.

Residents were told the crosswalk was going to be painted the hug visibility green in the spring by the traffic commission. It appears the white stripes were repainted recently, but that's it. Drivers are still blowing through the crosswalk with people in the middle. Please follow through with what we were told and paint the center section!

I want to echo my neighbors' concerns about ongoing dumping at this residence. There is a table that was discarded on Estabrook and a hot water heater on Huntington. There is a tremendous amount of construction debris (from the occupants' business) on the yard, the bits and pieces of which blow down the street on a windy day. Please act on this, Public Works.

When driving and turning from Chandler onto 85 (both right and left) the bushes on the corner obscure the visibility of the driver. I'm requesting the bushes get trimmed to promote traffic safety.

This resident consistently parks blocking the entire sidewalk! Completely unsafe for traveling down the road. I had to push my infant in her stroller off the sidewall and into the street to get by. If we got hit by a car I don't know what I would do. Please leave them a warning or a parking ticket to deter this from happening in the future. It is a narrow road with a fair amount of traffic, and close to the crest of the hill, a very dangerous situation.

Speeding on Brigham Street is an ongoing and dangerous problem. One thing that may help is increasing the number of speed limit signs on Brigham Street. As it is now, the distance between speed limit signs is inconsistent, and there are long stretches where there are no speed limit signs at all. The worst example is just east of the Jericho Hill Rec Center, where the distance between signs is a half-mile. Can we please get more speed limit signs added to Brigham Street?

The attached images show the distance between signs between Clover Hill Street and Maple Street. For example, when traveling east from Clover Hill, the distance to the first sign is 203ft. The second sign is 1584ft from the first, and so on.
The speeding and reckless driving on Brigham St is a seriously problem that I really hope will be addressed by the city.

Traffic signal timing on Lincoln St. Westbound at the intersection with Bolton St. needs to be increased. Very few cars make it through in a light cycle and traffic regularly backs up to West Main.

There is a constant flow of vehicles larger than 2 1/2 tons to to their house including a work trailer that it is used by multiple trucks GVW greater than 2 1/2 tons. I t is damaging the street. they also removed a stone fence without a permit and violated the state ordinance for removing a stone fence on a scenic road. That is causing further damage to the roadway. I was told last time the fence is a civil issue but after talking to a lawyer was told the town needs to enforce the fence issues before I can take him to court.
