Two stop signs needed on Copeces at Delavan to stop vandals who driveby mailboxes and cars damaging them with baseball bats.

    This street has had mailboxes destroyed by vandals that drive by and smash them with a baseball bat. This has been reported several times over the past year.

    It is very difficult to catch the culprits in the act - the ONLY solution is to place two stop signs on Copeces Lane at the Delavan intersection.
