No overhead signs, no lane markings, no left turn arrows as far as I could tell. I was headed east on Lancaster and felt lucky to have gotten through unscathed. How often are there accidents there? Its understandable that these "reefer" trailers be kept running for a short period- but it seems these trailers are used as permanent extra cold storage. Seems a shame to run these noisy polluters 24/7 when clean power is available from the grid. This is equivalent to running a generator to power your business rather than pay for clean utility power.
